Every Rooted Living product is made especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create products with exceptional care and quality.
Order Processing
- Production Time: 3–7 business days
- Once your order has been crafted, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Notes
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.
- During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, production and shipping may take slightly longer.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production partner.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment.
